The accounting software I use are QuickBooks and Sage. I am also proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Setup of new accounting system
- Data entry
- Bank, credit card and petty cash reconciliations
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Payroll, T4, Releve 1, and Releve-24 (for daycare centres)
- Prepare and file Government remittances (GST/HST/QST, Source deductions, T4, Releve-1 and Releve-24 Summaries)
- Create monthly financial reports
- Prepare yearly reports to send to Accountant to complete Financials
- Entering journal entries
- Personal income tax preparation
- Personal bookkeeping for individuals and families
